Hey everyone,

Let me lay it out here, because right now, the stars seem to be lining up for buyers:

Isn’t this what you’ve been hoping for?

For years, I’ve listened to buyers say, “I’m waiting for the perfect market,” where everything falls into place, better prices, more choices, less competition, lower rates.
Well, here it is. And suddenly, some folks are still on the sidelines, telling themselves there’s more to come.

Until… there isn’t.

Things change fast. Interest rates just dropped for the first time in a while and we’re already seeing competition increase out east, brokers are starting to report mini bidding wars again. That’s usually a sign the tide’s about to turn here.

So, ask yourself: Do you really want to stay in your current situation for the next 6 months, 1 year, 3 years?

Loss aversion is real, and I get it, you want to feel like you timed the market perfectly and snagged the very best deal. But there’s so much more on the line than just the listing price.

Right now, you can buy what you want, without getting caught up in a race or settling for what’s left.

What happens if you wait and suddenly you’re back to competing for homes?

There’s no crystal ball, but the facts look good for buyers today. I’d much rather see you make a move based on evidence and opportunity, than miss out waiting on a hunch.
